In the framework of the CDAE Project, the University of Peradeniya, in collaboration with the Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, conducted successfully a study visit on February 20-24, 2023.
The Sri Lanka study visit is the third scheduled study visit of the CDAE Project, following the two study visits in Vietnam and the Philippines, and was part of the line-up events under Work Package 3: Capacity Building for Administrative and Academic Staff for the Asian HEIs. These events primarily aim to capacitate the Academic and Administrative staff of these universities through professional training, in preparation for the soon-to-be offered Master of Science in Agroecology program at their institutions.
As in the two previous study visits, the European partners (Polytechnic of Coimbra, Mendel University and Novel Group Sarl) were also present and served as learning service providers for the capacity building training.
